Guacamole is a dish made of mashed avocado mixed with lemon or lime juice and finely chopped tomato, onion and coriander leaf or paste (coriander is optional as not everybody likes coriander flavor).  Can be used as a dip, sauce, topping of generally red meats, burgers or jacked potatoes or as a side dish. Guacamole is usually served as an accompaniment for burritos, fajitas and other mexican dishes too.

EXAMPLES OF GUACAMOLE PREPARED BY MY DEAR BLOG READERS

My dear blog reader and friend Kiyomi-san from Tokyo, prepared this mouth-watering guacamole today and she used coriander powder in this case. She was very happy because it was very delicious. I am sure it was since she seems to be very skilled at cooking.

CONGRATULATIONS KIYOMI WELL DONE!!! :-)
