Fried Eggs and Chorizo is a very very very popular recipe in Spain. A lot of Spanish People eat this on Sundays morning for breakfast or sometimes as a very rich main meal along with fried potatoes. The beautiful red colour of Chorizo and the nice yellow color of the Eggs yolk remember the Spanish flag Colours. Make sure you have a good quality Bread, rustic is possible to dip into Eggs' yolks.

- 1 Small Spanish Chorizo (or Spicy Chorizo) Sausage.
- Olive Oil and a bit of Salt (to sprinkle on Eggs' Yolks).
- Rustic Bread.
